Features:

  • The person's support plan is now accessible via the family portal.
  • When adding an ad hoc visit, selecting the CSA agreement now provides the option to auto-populate tasks. If enabled, all tasks from the care service will be replicated automatically.
  • The MAR chart has been enhanced to clearly indicate whether a medication is scheduled or PRN, and if it is time-critical, both the relevant time period and tolerance are displayed.
  • Payroll now displays all mileage calculations on a single line for improved clarity.
  • The training matrix report now allows you to view multiple staff members simultaneously.
  • You can now send multiple invitation emails within the care circle.
  • Daily view now includes the option to publish all visits at once.

Bug fixes:

  • Resolved an issue preventing supported accommodation individuals from being added to houses.
  • Fixed login problems experienced when accessing the family portal.
  • Corrected errors encountered when switching between different care provider accounts.
  • Addressed a bug where daily view visits were incorrectly shifting to the previous week instead of being assigned to the correct day.
