Features:

  • Introduced enhanced visit management, contact logs, invoicing, payroll, and ABC reporting to deliver improved operational oversight.
  • Added an Observations tab within People > My Support, enabling users to record new observations or review those submitted via the mobile app.
  • ABC Charts can now be downloaded directly from the Observations tab.
  • Multiple payrolls can be processed and sent simultaneously to staff members.
  • Multiple invoices can now be generated and sent concurrently to multiple bill payers.
  • Added Invoice and Payroll tabs within Finance Settings, allowing default subjects and messages to be set when sending invoices and payrolls.
  • Users may now remove compliance records in pending, in progress, or completed status.
  • Visits and house shifts can now be cancelled from the rota, with options to specify the cancellation reason and indicate if charges apply.
  • Dates are now clearly displayed on each block within the monthly rota.
  • Payroll and invoicing enhancements include new sections to provide detailed breakdowns of payments and invoices.
  • Users can now select specific compliance items when performing an initial assessment for a person.

Bug fixes:

  • Resolved an issue that caused duplicate visits to appear on the rota.
  • Fixed a problem where the survey form did not close as expected after selecting ‘Save Draft and Close’.
