Onboarding People into OneCare Platform

Follow these steps to onboard a new person (e.g. a prospect or new client) into the OneCare Platform:

1. Navigate to the People Section

  • Go to the People tab in the platform.

  • Click the Add button located at the top right of the page.

2. Select Branch and Area

  • Choose the relevant Branch and Area for the individual being added.

3. Enter Person Details

  • Fill in both the Enquirer Details and Person Details.

  • If you'd prefer to return to complete the profile later, simply click Save to store the information.

4. (Optional) Book an Assessment

  • If you’d like to schedule an initial assessment:

    • Assign a Staff Member

    • Choose a Date

    • Click Book & Notify to send out notifications.

5. Complete Prospect Profile

  • A blank profile will appear along with an info message prompting you to complete key steps:

  • Go to the Details tab to fill in all required information.

  • Proceed to the Compliance tab to complete and verify the Initial Risk Assessment.

✅ Once each section is completed, a tick will appear next to the relevant tab. The info message at the top will update to confirm that onboarding requirements have been met.

6. Start Onboarding

  • Click the three dots (⋯) next to the person's name.

  • Select Start Onboarding. This will change the person’s status to In Onboarding Stage.

7. Complete Onboarding

  • In the onboarding stage, complete the following tabs:

    • Care Circle

    • CSA (Care Service Agreement)

  • Once all sections are completed:

    • Click the three dots next to the person's name.

    • Select Complete Onboarding

    • Then click again and select Activate

Once activated, the person becomes an active client on the OneCare Platform.
