How to reset MFA settings of user?

A step-by-step process for administrators to securely reset multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for a specific user via the User Management section in Settings.

  1. Go to Settings  at the top right of the page.

  2. Select User Management from the menu.

  3. Search for the user for whom you wish to reset MFA settings.
  4. Click the three dots, then select Reset MFA Settings.
  5. When the confirmation message appears, click Reset to proceed.

The MFA settings for the user have now been reset successfully.
