How to Request Holidays for Staff from the Portal?

This article explains how to request a staff absence in the Rota section by selecting the staff member, entering the absence details, and submitting the request for approval.

1. Navigate to the Rota section.

2. Select the Staff tab and search for the individual for whom you want to record the absence.

3. Click the Actions button located at the bottom right corner.

4. Select the Request Absence option.

5. Choose the appropriate absence reason from the dropdown menu.

6. Enter the start and end date and time for the absence, specify the number of days, and add any holiday notes and request notes.

7. Click Request to send the request for approval.
