Onboarding New Staff on the OneCare Platform
1. Navigate to the Staff Section

Log in to the OneCare Platform.

In the left-hand menu, click on the Staff tab.
2. Add a New Staff Member

Click the Add Staff button.

A blank staff profile page will appear, along with a message box providing guidance on completing the onboarding process :

3. Complete Staff Profile Sections

Fill in all required fields in the following sections:
-
Personal Details
-
Job Details
-
Security
-
Documents ( DBS and Right to Work MUST be uploaded )

✅ Once each section is complete, a tick will appear next to the tab, and the info message at the top will confirm that onboarding requirements have been met :

4. Finalise Onboarding

At the top of the staff profile, click the three dots (⋯) next to the staff member’s name.

Select Complete Onboarding from the dropdown menu.
Once this is done, the staff member’s status will update to Active, and they will be fully onboarded into the platform.
