How to Generate Invoices

This article explains how to generate, preview, and view invoices using the Billing Management section in Finance.

1. Navigate to the Finance section.

2. Select Billing Management from the menu.

3. Choose the Invoice tab.

4. Enter the invoice start date, end date, and due date.

5. Select the relevant branch.

6. Choose the appropriate invoice template.

7. Set the billing hours type—either Actual (based on check-in and check-out times) or Planned (based on scheduled visit times).

8. Select the bill payers for whom invoices need to be generated.

9. To review invoices prior to generation, use the Preview tab. If satisfied, return to the Generate tab and click Generate Invoice.

10. Once generated, you can view invoices under the Generated Invoices tab or within the client’s profile in the Invoices tab.
