1. Navigate to the People 
section.
2. Search for and select the individual requiring the hospital passport.
3. Click on their name to open the profile.
4. Complete all required sections, including:
- Details
- About Me
- Medical History
- Medication List
- Care Circle
5. Once all sections are completed, click the three dots at the top beside the individual’s name and select Download Hospital Passport.
