Adding Client Absence Reason tag

This article outlines how to add a new client absence reason tag in Settings, including the option to mark it as payable.

 

1. Select Settings in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Navigate to Tag Management in the menu.

3. Select the Client Absence Reason tab.

4. Click the Add New Tag button in the top right corner.

5. Enter the name of the client absence reason tag and, if applicable, tick the checkbox to designate it as a payable absence.

6. Click Save to add the tag.

 

✅The new client absence reason tag will be saved successfully.
