Adding Charge Amounts to Charge Rates 

  1. Navigate to the Finance  section.

  2. In the Charges section, use the search boxes to search out the charge rate type and charge name.
  3. Create a "New period" and enter the standard weekly rates.

  4. If needed, within the new period, click “Add New Exception” to set up any custom rules e.g. weekend rates , bank holidays etc.

  5. Click Save to apply the new charge amounts to the selected charge rate.
