Setting Up Geofencing Rules on the OneCare Platform

Geofencing is a technology that creates a virtual boundary around a real-world location using GPS that allows to track staff check-ins/check-outs at client homes or care facilities.

To set this up 

1. Go to Settings at the top right of the page.

2. Click on General Settings

3. Under the Geofencing section, enter the maximum distance (in meters) that carers are allowed to be within in order to check in.

4. Alternatively, you can configure the Alerts section to raise a notification when a carer checks in outside the specified radius of the visit location.

📝 This helps ensure visits are accurately tracked and carers are where they’re supposed to be.
