Getting Started with Your Account

Once your account is active, you’ll receive an invitation email from isidore@onecareplatform.co.uk. Please click the button that says 'Click here to join the team now' to complete your registration. If you haven’t received the email, kindly reach out to your coordinator or admin for assistance.

After receiving the invitation email from the OneCare Platform, click the button in the email to begin the setup process. You’ll be redirected to a new window where you’ll need to complete the following steps:

  1. Set Your Password
    Create a secure password and click the "Set My Password" button.
  2. Enter Your Email
    Type in your email address and click "Continue."
  3. Log In with Your New Password
    Enter the password you just created and click "Continue."
  4. Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    You’ll be presented with three MFA options: Authenticator App, SMS, or Email. MFA adds an extra layer of security and will be required each time you log in.
    • Authenticator App:
      Select this option to see a QR code. Install the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator app on your mobile device, scan the QR code, and enter the 6-digit code generated by the app. Then click "Set Up."
    • SMS:
      Choose this option to receive the MFA code via text message. Enter your mobile number and click "Send." Once you receive the 6-digit code, enter it and click "Set Up."
    • Email:
      Select this option to receive the MFA code via email. Enter your email address and click "Send." After receiving the 6-digit code, enter it and click "Set Up.
 Once MFA is successfully configured, you’ll be logged into the platform.
