1. Navigate to the People 
section.
2. Search for and select the individual requiring the support plan.
3. Click on their name to open the profile.
4. Complete all required sections, including:
- Details
- About Me
- Medical History
- Medication List
- Risk Management
- Routines
- Care Circle
- Qualifications
- Care Service Agreement
5. Once all sections are completed, click the three dots at the top beside the individual’s name and select View Support Plan.
6. You can then view the support plan, and if satisfied, use the print button in the bottom right corner to save it as a PDF or print the document.
