How to Access the Family Portal (for Care Circle Members)
The Family Portal allows you to stay informed about your loved one’s care — including completed visits, daily tasks, and important updates — directly through the OneCare Platform. There are two types of users depending on how you access your account:
Category 1: You Received the Invitation and Already Set Up Your Account
If you’ve already received your invite and successfully set up your password before, follow these steps to log in:

Go to the OneCare Platform login page: https://portal.onecareplatform.co.uk/dashboard

Enter the email address you used when you were first invited.

Type in your password and

Enter the MFA Code sent to the email address.

Click Login.
✅ You’ll be taken straight to your Family Portal dashboard, where you can view completed visits, tasks, and care updates.
Category 2: You Received an Invitation, But the Link Has Expired
If your invitation link has expired (links expire after 48 hours), you can still access your account by resetting your password.
Follow these steps:

Go to the OneCare Platform login page: https://portal.onecareplatform.co.uk/dashboard

Click Forgot Password below the login fields.

Enter the same email address that was used in your Care Circle invitation.

Check your email inbox for a password reset link from OneCare Platform.

Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Once your password has been reset, return to the login page and sign in using your email and new password.
✅ You’ll now have full access to your Family Portal, where you can stay updated on visits, notes, and care activity.
