Creating a House with Residents on OneCare Platform
Use this guide to set up a house and link residents who are receiving shared care services.
1. Navigate to the House Section

Go to the House tab on the platform.
2. Add a New House

Click the Add House button located at the top left of the page.
3. Enter House Details

Complete all required fields under the Details tab, including address and other relevant information.
4. Add Residents

Go to the Residents tab.

Click Add Resident to link individuals to the house.
⚠️ Please Note:
Only Active People on the platform with an active Shared Support Care Service Agreement (CSA) can be added as residents to a house.
Once residents are added, the house will be ready for coordination and support planning.
