Navigate to the Finance section.
Select Charge Rates from the menu.
Click the Create button located on the right side of the page.
In the form that appears, fill in the following required fields:
- Billpayer
- Charge Rate Name
- Charge Rate Type
Click Create to save the new charge rate.

✅ Your charge rate will be successfully saved and available for use.

Then user will need to go to Charges to define the amounts for these Charge rates
